should not proceed with any service or purchase of products from us and should leave this website right away if
you disagree with any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
You acknowledge that you will not use this website for any illegal activities and that you will abide by all
applicable laws.

Revision Policy
Net Sphere LTD guarantees you'll get as many changes as you need for your specific packages. Revision requests made by
clients as part of the package will not incur an additional cost. The buyer can post the adjustment on any of the
available alternatives, but the design and concept will remain the same.
Multiple choice revisions are either not permitted or will incur separate fees. A logo or website would require
an average revision turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours, while video animations would require a turnaround time of 3
to 5 days. The turnaround time for software, apps, and games will depend on the complexity of the revision.
Similarly, depending on the scope of the job, the deadlines for functionality and development changes may also
vary. The time frame for updating the digital marketing strategy depends on the research, the channels, the
budget, and the scope of the entire plan.
New Order Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is the period of time from when you order a package and when your design concepts are finished in
accordance with your preferences. The turnaround time for all new orders is 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours for
an initial mockup that is taken into account when the client submits the brief. The project will be kept or put on
hold if the client does not submit the website brief by that time. Please take note that website development
turnaround time is three to five business days for static websites with five to seven web pages. All orders placed
on Friday or Saturday will begin to be delivered on Monday.
Teamwork (Project Management)
Teamwork is a project management solution that aids in enhancing cooperation, visibility, accountability, and
ultimately outcomes for the projects that are given to our teams. More than merely finishing the work is what

It's about producing significant results for your company. Make it simple for everyone to connect with their
designated project manager, view the projects they are working on, and plan the upcoming steps from any location.
The client will receive an email invitation from the Teamwork site following their registration for a project
with us. To contact their project manager for the necessary communication to finish the project, the customer must
accept the invitation and create a new password. The client can log in to the Teamwork Portal after accepting the
invitation.

REFUND POLICY
You must complete a brief refund request form, which our customer service agent can give you, in order to receive
a refund. Please be aware that completing the form is required, and that we have the right to withhold the refund
if we do not deem the answers to the form's questions to be suitable. In order to better our services, our quality
assurance team examines the information you provide in the form to understand why you want a refund.
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:
Once we begin making changes based on your input, no Since
your request for changes is taken as your approval to move forward with the shortlisted mockup(s), a refund may be
requested.
The client will not be eligible for a refund after approving
a mockup.
The necessary details are missing from the creative brief.
Firms or individuals that order our design services on behalf
of another organization are not eligible for a refund.
For a task that is not part of the agreed-upon scope of
work, there is no possibility of a return.
Within the bundle you choose, we provide numerous design
concepts without charging an additional fee. Refunds are not available if you choose to engage with us on more
design concepts in the future. You would not be eligible for a refund, for instance, if you got our Basic Package,
which comes with two design mockups or concepts, and you didn't like either of them but still wanted to see more
concepts.
Once the client has approved the design and the website has
been sent off for development, refund requests won't be considered.
All marketing services offered by Net Sphere LTD, including PPC, SEO,
SMO, content writing, hosting & domain, are paid for in advance and are not refundable.
Given that they purchased the service from us, the client
has approved the website's copy and content.
Given that they had used our services to purchase the
service, the client requested changes to the website's copy and content.
Given that they are not signed up for any form of annual or
monthly maintenance subscription, the customer will not be entitled to a refund if the website malfunctions or
becomes hacked or infected by a virus after it has been finished or put live. If the client does not sign up for a
maintenance service after the website has gone live, the company will also not be liable for making any
adjustments or updates to the website.
The estimated delivery date could change due to delays
brought on by regional vacations, the project's complexity, and Net Sphere LTD's current workload. We normally deliver
website designs in 5-7 business days and logos in 1-2 business days.
You have ten days to respond to each first design and/or
request for the necessary adjustment. If you don't get back to us within ten days, Net Sphere LTD will presume that your job
is finished. In this case, Net Sphere LTD will no longer be obligated to you, and you will be responsible for paying Net Sphere LTD in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Despite the aforementioned, Net Sphere LTD retains the right to immediately and
without prior warning discontinue your access to all or a portion of the Service. If this agreement is terminated,
Net Sphere LTD will decide whether you are eligible for a refund at its exclusive discretion.
Under no circumstances will there be a refund for reasons
like "change of heart," "disagreement with partner," or other factors unrelated to our service.
After 15 days from the date of purchase, the client will not
be eligible for any returns.
Social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are
just a few of the services that are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
When you join up, the total order amount will also include
the processing and service costs. They will be listed separately on the client's statement and are non-refundable.
Note :: Net Sphere LTD reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement at any time. Following the
return, you won't have any more permission to use the designs for anything; Net Sphere LTD will own them exclusively.
The only legitimate owner of the design or designs will be the corporation.
CLAIM YOUR REFUND

Any drawings supplied by Net Sphere LTD will not be your property once you've gotten your refund.

REFUNDS
The same payment method used to make the initial payment or one that Net Sphere LTD specifies will be utilized to return the
project to the customer. Net Sphere LTD decides that giving the consumer a refund will stop any disputes or chargebacks.
CONTENT POLICY
In order to maintain a great experience for you, the client, our content policy is crucial. For
standard website and resume designs, the client will supply all material (images, headings, copy, text, etc.). For
resume design, a client must supply comprehensive personal information, including a biography; we do not offer any
content services. For an e-commerce website, our team will get up to 10 to 30 sample products, along with sample
product information from the customer. This information should include the product name, price, photos, shipping
policy, etc. CMS and e-commerce management will be handled by Net Sphere LTD.

SCOPE OF WORK
According to the description and brief given, Net Sphere LTD will create
a website for the client. The above timing and prices may be affected by any new features, pages, or other
modifications to the project requirements and the chosen package, necessitating a separate change order form. Any
new task or deliverable that is added to the original project's scope of work will incur additional costs for the
client.
DELIVERY POLICY
On the date indicated on your order confirmation, the entire
order will be sent to the specified account, and you will also receive a confirmation email.
The turnaround time will depend on the package you choose; a
minimum of two business days is needed.

ones that we have not provided. But Net Sphere LTD is a division of Digital Net Sphere LTD. Any information stored or shared by our
parent firm is entirely our responsibility.
We are not responsible for any damages done via any other
contact mode.
